Inspired by the TDCJ 2030 plan, the team at the TDCJ - Allan B. Polunsky Unit Box Factory set out to modernize the equipment in their facility. 📦 While searching for new machinery, the team met with industry leaders who then toured the factory and spoke with inmates about possible employment upon release.
