This Sunday, four Wales Air Ambulance medics will face the dragon in @ironman_uk, they will complete a 2.4 mile swim, a 112 mile cycle, followed by a full marathon, to be completed within 17 hours. They have put in hundreds of hours in training alongside their roles as Critical Care Practitioners, saving lives in Wales.
