Day 2 behind the wheel and my student is already learning one of the hardest skills in trucking — double-clutching and shifting a 10-speed. He missed a gear, felt it right away, stayed calm, recovered on his own, and got right back into rhythm. That right there is what real training looks like. We don’t jump in and save every mistake — we let our students feel it, fix it, and build confidence the right way. Because out here, mistakes aren’t failures… they’re lessons. 💪🚛
