For all of the metal shaper fans! Machining the chin on the Hardtail vise using our G&E shaper. The tool stick out isn’t exactly ideal but we’re only taking a few light cuts with a .010” cleanup cut to finish it. This is another example of how versatile a shaper can be although this could be done in other machines as well. I wanted to get the chin machined on the shaper then rotate it 180° and begin the internal shaping to fit the dynamic jaw. Fun job and learning along the way too. #abom79 #sha
