I think CrossFit & CrossFitters are misunderstood in that people don’t realize how much we honor our heroes and those that serve our cities, states, and our country through our workout. Chad prep this week… Monday did 200 steps…this morning 250 steps with 14# vest. A grind which makes one face their own thoughts for sure…and that can be scary in itself.
