Hurricane IRENE hit Vermont 13 years ago this August and you can still see signs of it in the hardest hit area. This is on Route 100 in Plymouth. Hurricanes do hit Vermont, this turned into a deadly tropical storm. I said Hurricane Sandy on the video, but, meant Irene. Both have hit this area and Breezie and I lived near here at the time.
