Video footage of police arresting #LuigiMangione at a McDonald’s in Pennsylvania was shown in court during a pre-trial hearing. Mangione is accused of killing UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson on the streets of midtown Manhattan last year. Mangione is facing nine charges at the state level, including second-degree murder. Wagner was shot and wounded June 17 during a manhunt for Brandon Stine. Trooper Jacques Rougeau Junior was shot and killed that same day. Lt. Wagner was transferred to a rehabilitation facility.
