Superintendent of Prisons DeCarlo Payne says the Barbados Prison Service is actively reviewing its safety protocols following the escape of convicted murderer Kishon Thomas from the Queen Elizabeth Hospital earlier this month. Two young men charged in connection with the murder of Mitch Boyce on January 12th have been remanded to the Barbados Prison Service (Dodds).
