Cadets from TS Royalist have their first day at sea with a sail from Weymouth to Cowes. TS John Jerwood embarked on their cross channel trip to Normandy today, and they will be followed by TS Jack Petchey on Monday. TS Royalist will follow on Tuesday morning after being part of the parade of ships escorting the “freedom flame” out of Portsmouth Harbour on its way to Normandy.
