Marine Alert: Hurricane Celia has intensified off the coast of California’s Baja Peninsula to become the second major hurricane of the year in the Eastern Pacific. Winds are currently 85 mph and seas are 20-30 feet. Currently, there is no threat to land but the storm will send a tropical swell toward Baja, Southern California and Hawaii this week.
