Poor momma big brown bat had a tough 24 hours. She ended up in a pool, likely swimming for some time before being able to find a place to geab onto. It was clear that she was exhausted when she arrived. More importantly she was lactating and had a pup waiting for her somewhere. After fluids, removal several soft bodied ticks (do not affect humans), this momma was on her way back ti her pup. She was released on preserved land not far from where she was found.
