A week of workouts in my life, all completely at home and cost nothing!!! I used to spend so much money on gym memberships and expensive Pilates classes. I still LOVE Pilates for the community and mental health benefits, but I realized I didn’t need an expensive fitness routine to change my body. Now I do Caroline Girvan’s Iron Series three days a week, go on walks, and fill the rest of my week with free workouts I can do at home. No gym. No boutique classes. No complicated routine. Working out
