President Donald Trump said Russia and Ukraine had agreed to stop striking each other’s energy infrastructure.

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said EU is opening the door for Canada to become the first associate member of the 27-member bloc.

Donald Trump threatened the EU with tariffs after he called the bloc’s plan to make Canada its first-ever associate member “laughable”.
