Russia launched its largest drone attack on Ukraine of the conflict to date on July 3, days after the Pentagon paused weapons deliveries to Ukraine.

Russia's former transport minister Roman Starovoyt killed himself Monday hours after being officially dismissed by President Vladimir Putin, the country's Investigative Committee said Monday.
