Donald Trump was the subject of much internet mockery on Tuesday after he griped in a Truth Social post about the Smithsonian Institution (checks notes) portraying slavery as a bad thing.

"President Trump will explore all options and avenues to get the Woke out of the Smithsonian and hold them accountable," the White House said in a statement to NPR.
