Longtime CEO at PlayStation's Bungie, Pete Parsons, is stepping down from his post at the video game developer behind "Destiny 2" and "Marathon."

Pete Parsons, the gaming industry veteran who has led Destiny maker Bungie for the past decade, announced Thursday he’s stepping down as CEO.

Bungie CEO Pete Parsons has announced that he's leaving the Halo developer after working at the studio for more than two decades. In Parsons' place, Justin Truman, a general manager on Destiny 2 and Bungie's chief development officer, is taking over as studio head.
