Brosnan, who starred in four Bond films as the titular character from 1995's GoldenEye to 2002's Die Another Day, joked that while he doesn't think anyone wants to see "a craggy, 72-year-old Bond," the right script would pique his interest.

Pierce Brosnan said he would return as an older James Bond if Denis Villeneuve offers him a chance in a new film.
