President Donald Trump claims that Ukraine, not Russia, is blocking a possible peace deal to end the war nearly four years after Vladimir Putin's invasion.

KYIV, Ukraine -- Russia launched a second major drone and missile bombardment of Ukraine in four days, officials said Tuesday, aiming again at the power grid and apparently snubbing U.S.-led peace efforts as the war approaches the four-year mark.

Ukraine's energy minister says Russia has attacked every Ukrainian power plant since its invasion. Denys Shmyhal on Friday reported 612 attacks on energy infrastructure over the past year.
