McLaren expect Oscar Piastri to turn British Grand Prix hurt to his advantage as the Formula One title battle with teammate Lando Norris gets increasingly intense and rivals are left trailing.

McLaren team principal Andrea Stella says he has no issues with Oscar Piastri 's request to consider team orders after his Formula 1 British Grand Prix penalty.

After re-emerging behind Norris, Piastri made a cheeky suggestion to McLaren over team radio, saying: "I don't think the penalty before was very fair. I know it's a big question, but if you don't think it was fair either, I think we should swap back and race.”
