Like many folks will do when dealing with a hard time, San Francisco 49ers star George Kittle reportedly requested one thing to help nurse the pain of the torn Achilles tendon in his right leg: a bottle of tequila. And thanks to 49ers owner Jed York, Kittle was able to get that in the middle of Sunday's game.

San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle was carted off the field with a right Achilles tendon injury late in the first half of Sunday's wild-card playoff game at Philadelphia.

Kittle was pushed out of bounds on a 6-yard reception and grabbed the back of his lower right leg.
