The parents of missing baby Emmanuel Haro were arrested Friday on suspicion of murder, more than a week after his mother claimed he was abducted, San Bernardino County Sheriff's officials said.
On Friday, Aug. 22, San Bernardino County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jake and Rebecca Haro at their Southern California home. The boy's mother initially told authorities 7-month-old Emmanuel had been kidnapped on Aug. 14. Investigators determined the kidnapping never occurred.
Eight days after Rebecca Haro reported the disappearance of infant son Emmanuel Aug. 14, she and his dad Jake Haro were arrested on a murder charge, the San Bernardino Sheriff Department confirmed.
Through court documents reviewed Thursday morning, KESQ News Channel 3's confirms through court documents that Isabel Gonzalez has filed a domestic violence restraining order against her ex-husband, Jake Mitchell Haro.
