A baby boy belonging to Stephanie Fernandez and Elrick Obligar was born at 12:03 a.m. at the Grey Nuns Community Hospital, Alberta Health Services said in a news release Thursday. The boy, who had not yet received a name at the time of the news release, weighed six pounds, four ounces.
