The PSD file can only be opened in Photoshop so this and the large size make it hard to share. Share the file in a way that makes it smaller and easier to share, you can save it as a JPEG.

Click "File," "Save As" and type a name for the new PSD file before clicking "Save." Left-click the "Slice" tool from the toolbar.
