According to the National Hurricane Center's 2 a.m. Friday advisory, Tropical Storm Jerry is in the Atlantic Ocean, 65 miles east-northeast of the Northern Leeward Islands. The system, with maximum sustained winds of 60 mph, is moving to the northwest at 16 mph.
