The $3.2 billion federal Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB) program, launched last May in response to the pandemic, provides a $50 per month broadband discount.
You’ll also need to apply if you were receiving an EBB discount because you qualified for an internet provider’s own COVID-19 program.

Those eligible can enroll in the program by applying online at the EBB website, contacting their broadband provider or by mailing in a printed application form.
