The comp then started to boot, shut down, restarted and got to code 58 again. Not sure what to do. Could this be a PSU problem? It's a Seasonic 750W that hasn't been used very hard.

On pressing the power switch on the front panel, the fans come on and light up, but I dont see the RAM light up, and the Q Code LED panel is just dark - no boot up process.
