A much-loved annual literary festival has been canceled after more than 180 writers quit the program to protest the dumping of a Palestinian Australian author, whose invitation was withdrawn due to “cultural sensitivities” following the Bondi Beach terror attack.

Victoria Mboko has stormed into the semifinals of the Adelaide International after knocking out Keys. Mboko defeated Australian Open champion Keys 6-4, 4-6, 6-2 in the quarterfinals of the WTA 500 tournament.
