Authorities seized the car of the father of missing baby Emmanuel Haro, who was reported kidnapped outside a California sporting goods store.

Emmanuel Haro's parents Rebecca Haro and Jake Haro were arrested on a murder charge, the San Bernardino Sheriff Department confirmed Aug. 22, one week after the 7-month-old was reported missing.
