The Dennis Allen era has come to a fork in the road for the New Orleans Saints. Not only is the team in the midst of a five-game losing streak, the Saints have lost the last two games at home by more than 20 points.

The New Orleans Saints didn't spend much time playing tough defense Sunday, and Dennis Allen called out unacceptable problems.
